No fans correct. That whole unit is metal so should dissipate heat pretty good. You could install some 40mm fans on the end to draw air in and over the heatsinks if you wanted.

If you look closely on the second pic you can see he drilled some small holes in the top of the unit and got some bolts to go through them and through the heatsink. Its a really neat and tidy job. Looks really well and you should see the light output haha way more than the old PCs or T5s that would be in there.

I think that one is the 30 inch coralife one.
