too small for eels and he will eat yor clowns when he gets big, think about either doing a small fsh only or if you want to get predators then a tanl over 100g is a must have minimum
i would also give the advice of letting your tank stabilize now for a bit and get some clean up crews in there, think about how your ging to deal with nutrients using rectors,dosing, etc.
