sorry it's been a while since I have been on here. What I am saying is you do pay health care in Manitoba it gets claimed on the income tax return out there. Here we pay for it but it is graduated. I believe if you are under 29,000 family income its free and about there is a fee depending on you income. You may have to pay 120 per month it all depends on your income.
