is kind of silly, but the idea of moving the tank around hmm.. that would be much easier......
as for sleeping fish if the rocks move as one thats no problem as they are inside the moving mass and it would be the same to them as an alternating current. actualy there are several natural habatats that would act the same way.
but way to expensive to be practical.
