This is too bad. I ordered my unit last fall and it came, was banged up a bit from shipping and he replaced the metal mounting bracket for me. I was happy with the transaction.
Unit works great!. Maybe he's had some kind of family issue? But he should really keep his customers updated if this is the case...
Update: According to one of the GTA forums, he's really busy in the summer with Irrigation. So maybe this explains the slow/lack of responses...
