Hi,
I have a couple of Hagen GloMat electronic ballast kits, that each fire 2 x 40W. All I have is 30W lamps. They light fine, but I'm wondering if they are being fired at 30W or OD (hoping) at 40W each? I'm pretty green, so have no idea by looking at them.
