Whats going on is that he IS there.. he IS checking email. But hes only responding to the emails for new sales, then goes silent after orders have been made.
I sent multiple emails.. no response. Then I started a resolution ticket, then my status on his website changed to "refunded" almost instantly. I sent another email to resolve the matter.. no response. 2 weeks later, Paypal rules in my favor.
Just horrible business practices....
