Most digital Mini lab printers use Lasers that write between 300 to 310 DPI. That doesn't sound like much but I've simplified it a bit.
So you take 2272 / 300 = 7.57
Then 1704 / 300 = 5
So you can make a 5X7 from that file size.
Now thats only if you don't want the lab to perform any interpolation. But to take that file size and make it 36x24 the results would be very poor. Even with a negative (135) it's hard to get a 36X24 enlargement to look good.
