Not sure if you are thinking that your purple monster is the same as the tyree purple monster? If so I hate to be the barer of bad news but it is definately not a tyree purple monster.

I'm not sure if it is a tyree but I was told it is a purple monster. They were sold here in Edmonton not to long ago so you never know.
