I have an older Hamilton double 175 watt MH with two actinics light kit. The MH ballast is the old tar ballast, but it works great. It's a really solid light kit that is incredibly simple to maintain.
It's 4 feet long and just over a foot wide. The fan on the kit was recently replaced, and I believe I also have a spare around. The fans are the only part that needs a bit of maintenance, but they can be purchased at circuit city for abut $20. You can get about a year out of those fans and they sell them with a lifetime warrenty :P.
