Congratulations on the new bundle of joy. Please take your time recovering.
In terms of your Sebae anemone...
Try to avoid feeding silversides to anemones. While a lot of people have been ok with them, a lot of others have seen their anemones die from them. Instead feed clams and thawed people shrimp cut into mush or very tiny little peices instead.
But for now, if you have it, I would suggest instead to try feeding the anemone just a little bit of mysis shrimp. You don't want any large foods in him in case it is sick and just not PO'd at some tank parameter.
Also, was the sebae shrivelled just after lights on? or after a few hours. I ask, as my sebae likes to shrivel up and do an internal water change a few hours before lights on.
The best I could suggest for you right now, is do a small water change. Get help if needed and continue your dosing and give it 48hours to see if the anemone improves. Also, if you have shrimp in your system, keep an eye on them to see if they are attacking your sebae at all. I lost a BTA due to a cleaner shrimp harassing it all the time.
