Looks like a center overflow in there, did you have to make a curved door for the stand to access underneath the tank?

I'm almost as interested in the stand and canopy building process as the tank itself!

Very interesting and nice display. I kind of think though, that it is somewhat more appropriate as a "public" or "semi-public" (aka "professional") display piece than as a personal tank though. I don't know why ... ordinarily I am quite nuts about multi-angle tanks but the thought of a cylinder in my house somehow worries me about the cost and maintenance ... for one, I'd be afraid to scratch the acrylic. I suppose scratches in acrylic aren't the end of the world though since they can be buffed out.
