I have the Blue 1000 and it works like a charm. Only uses 12 watts and does what it needs to. It's not fancy like some of the cones out there but the pricing was good and I've been running it for 2 years now. I get a full cup out of it every week and it's ugly stuff. My tank is a 70g with 7 fish.
