Hey Mike,
I don't think anyone has any quiet ones in the city. Dennis at gold's carries Mag's. I use the Mag18, it is fairly quiet overall and pushes over 1700G at 0 feet head. Maybe look at that, he carries the full line up to the model 18.
Otherwise you will have to get the LFS to order it or go to JL, they carry them.
