It's tough to get a scale in that pic but I'm going to assume that they're on a paper towel. In that case, they look like the common good bristleworm with orange and dark bands.

It's probably too late to ask for a better picture but I'll link to some so that you might easily identify them next time.

There are several other good ones that may look alarming but are harmless. The guy in the above pic is really the only Amphinomid (fireworm) to be worried about.
