Default BTA queries

So I figured I would ask a few questions before I bought, and possibly killed an anemone.
I have done some reading on anemone care but it's hard to find to find anything specific. I want to set up an anemone and a pair of clowns in a 20 gal tank. The tank I have has been set up for somewhere around 8 months. The minimum tank size for BTA's listed by online sources ranges from 20 gal to over 100 gal. So is a 20 too small and if so is that because of the adult size of the anemone or just the instability inherent in smaller aquariums? I currently have a 2 x 24 watt HO T5 light on the tank. I know the BTA's need moderate to high lighting, is this too little light for a tank that is only 16 inches tall? Keeping in mind that the anemone could attach to the rock work anywhere form the bottom of the tank up to about 6 inches below the light. If this setup is absolutely not possible with a BTA are there other anemone species this would work? Lastly are there any tips people have regarding care and upkeep that are not generally mentioned in the online references.
