Guys, thanks for raising this to them. And yes I was told to visit
this site as well which I did. However, the subsequent part of it didn't resolve the situation. I posted the mail exchange with them, and the details they requested on this post.

And yes every day I am getting over 100 e-mail bounce backs from Shaw that I have to delete. The e-mails are still including a details.txt attachment with something like the following:
