I have 2 of these lights...LOVE THEM! They have a small hanging kit that they include usually with the lights themselves, but it consists of 2 bolts that go into the light and a 3 inch V that forms a hanging kit of sorts!.....and there are no external ballasts. A good deal to say the least!
