As was stated earlier by Anthony you are unfortunately not going to get anywhere near what your stuff is worth, unless you get very lucky and find a buyer who's willing to pay because he/she is in love with your system. If at all possible Mike, hold on to what you've got and try downsizing in smaller areas such as less fish, less food; no SPS, therefore less light, less flow; cut back on the fancy dosing products, etc. at least until things turn to the better for you.
