There is an excellent read on Reef Central under the spawning section about a guy breeding black percs. Very detailed on how to raise them and the food, also lots of pictures on his set up and methods.
"Clownfish" by Joyce D. Wilkerson is a very good read as well on raising the babies as well as the food source for them.
