with a splash guard and moon light's built in, the splash guard is a must but not the moonlight they are just preferred
thinking maybe a over driven 4-t5 h.o fixture with top of the line individual reflectors or a regular 6-t5-h.o with top of the line reflector
tank will be 24"L x 24"W x 12" H for high end zoo's/paly's only
would like to keep the price under $500 but still open to suggestion's if it's a little more
