If each pane is 14" wide by 29" tall and the tank at its widest is 2' wide, then a cubish tank (2' x 2' x 29") would be 75g. (based on 2' cube being 60g and every extra inch of height adds 3 gallons to the total).
If each 2' side holds a 14" pane, then the missing sections would each be 5" x 12" x 14" (sorry for the poor graphics below).

There are 4 missing sections out of the 2' x 2' base to create the hex shape so that equals 2 x (5" x 12") surface area missing or 120 square inches out of a possible 476 sq. inches (24" x 24" base).
This leaves you with 356 sq. inch surface area x 29" height = 10324 cubic inches.
10324 / 231 = 44.7 gallons (roughly)
