Aren't Shelby's about a billion dollars for a real one?? Nice though.
I had a stock '67 for a few years. My favourite year, although '68 is a close second but '67 was the nicest looking year. Wish I had had the 289 but I had a straight-6 200. There is a sum total of ZERO aftermarket parts for that engine, at least in the 80's and 90's there was nothing. Roared like a lion but was a total stylish wimp otherwise.

Biggest mistake I ever made was selling that thing. Mostly I did it so my parents couldn't nag me about it and the funny thing is that I failed to take into account that they'd just find something else to nag about. Times were tough and I ended up practically GIVING it away for approximately 10% of the going rate for them nowadays. Thanks a LOT, Mom and Dad.
