Calgary may have been sparsely populated once, but has seen a large influx of economically deprived migrants from BC (mainly), Manitoba, Saskatchewan. Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia etc.. Most of which lack the ability to drive  , |
"Lack the ability to drive", I can undestand that, we tend to fall asleep at the wheel due to a lack of scenery.... over here if you see a white and red plate, you treat it just like an emergency vehicle, stay back at least 100 meters...
