The only problem I have with that test is that it was done using the standard PFO ballast. while it is the most commen ballast, it is not the one 3 of thoes bulbs were originaly intended to run on and in fact a 250 radium won't even run off a standard PFO ballast unless you order an aditional starter.
a second note as I compare the PAR values on that page with the ones posted by JB they are all wrong so who ever did this page used the photos and it seam they made up values
