These two comments from that rotten tomatoes site pretty much sums it up for me

I also love horror thriller movies and honestly if I went to the movie thinking it was going to be more like a documentary then a horror thriller then I may have enjoyed it more. However the music is very much like a corny B-movie, which when the movie is trying to be serious it's a bit of a turn off.
