I have a sump that was used on a 90g tank. The sump was created from one of melev's designs over at RC. The acrylic was purchased from a sheet and cut custom.

The bulkhead: 2" was made to plumb into a reeflow pump

It was used for 2 years and worked great. The sump section easily held a euroreef 125, heater, and a TLF Phosban reactor.
Sump was purchased from Flames Fan on Canreef, however never used since I decided to go in another direction with my tank.
