Actually I did check into the HO version but it was going to cost about 120.00 + shipping ( that is actinic + 6500 daylight + workhorse ballast ) and who knows how much to come across the border ???
The bulbs including ballast were 74.87 including GST and I got to test it to make sure it worked ( one bulb was mislabled actinic but was actually daylight ) and walk out the door with it
... I am sure for what we are using it for it will be fine ... thanks for pointing that out though
PS ... just so you know the 22" HO bulb is actually only 24W not 40W
