Golds Aquariums on 17th has live rock for the best prices.... 5.99/lb for the quantity you are looking for it would be hard to get a better deal.... Usually you see $5/lbs from private sales when you buy 100lbs or all they got.
You probably will buy more then that there as there prices are very descent and hard for me not to just buy one thing, damn addiction... LOL
