After looking at there web page I saw the regulator but cannot get a good view of the end. I agree that they are a CO2 set but I also think they are for use in a poropriatary set up. you say they are for bar use this could be but I bet they hook up to a non standard CO2 bottle.

I have used a few different regulators myself for beer carbonation and making sparkling wines and ciders and all of them had the same maiting surface as the regulator I am using now. Add that to the fact that no one in town seamed to know what Brads regulator was for and I am leaning more towards a propiritary type system. Maybe they make a adapter for use on a "standard" CO2 valve set.
