Just to note my experience at J&L. I actually managed to get off the Island and visit J&L in person. They had just got in a rather large fish order and were extremely busy. However, this didn't stop John from being extremely pleasant and helpful and he even had time to joke with my kids a bit. Overall, a great shopping experience. I wish we could get that kind of service in Victoria!!
