Chuck, they are, but most of us that can get there also use the same ISP. I believe it might have something to do with router tables managed by our ISP. |
If they can reach the site by IP address but not by domain name, then it shouldn't be a router issue but a DNS issue. They are probably using different DNS servers which is what we can find out if they run nslookup or ipconfig. For example "ipconfig /all"
If it starts working after a while, then it sounds like the DNS server they were using had an older and different IP address that was cached and then eventually refreshed with the correct one.
