I don't know,but I may jinx myself here with this. We Are looking at purchasing this house. its an old character house. its 2305 SQ GRUNT GRUNT. Nw I have a special room, my wife told me about since she is a realestate chicky,
So once i get home from here we are going to look at it. It has Geothermal heating and a tandem Double Garage too.
The special room has French doors going into it and windows too. Im thinking of keeping the 150 gal or going to another type of tank like a cube 36x36x24 with the sump in the basement.
