Yes, buy 75 gpd membrane and restrictor. Restrictor is the key to keep flow at rated level for the membrane. Booster pump is a good idea if the pressure of your water supply is not adequate. I would start without it, save some $$$
. Measure the production level of your setup and see how far behind gpd you are.
