Yah, they asked me if I needed bulbs with these ballasts. Obviously I said no and If I told them I was gonna use 20k radiums for a fish tank they would say "you say wha? huh? what?, no houseplants?"
When I bought 250 ballasts off them they asked "what the hell are you using these for, people only use 400 or 1000 watters for
houseplants"
