People here will give you a hard time about going slow and taking your time and for good reason. They speak from experience and don't want to see another new hobbyist give up because the tank crashes after 2 weeks. That said EVERYONE wants to see you succeed and will answer any question you may have.
You sound like you are off to a great start but you do need to slow down. NO MORE ADDITIONS!
Test pH, ammonia, nitrate and nitrates every night for at least two weeks, preferably four so you know what kind of mini cycle you are going through because your tank will cycle to some regard, perhaps so small that your test kits won't pick it up.

After 4 weeks of no nitrite and ammonia you can think about adding another species.
