Good to hear you're happy with your rock quantity. My comments were obviously premature.

My limited experience with live rock, and Kanai rock in particular, is that the stories were true, the algae will bloom and then die. I had fairly bad bryopsis for a few weeks as well as cyano, and my 30 snails weren't doing much. Just when I added my tang and conch, over the course of about three days, the bryopsis and cyano died off completely. I'm now seeing a fairly large quantity of other algaes but they are more attractive than the nuisance algaes.
