normaly what happens is when you get a ticket in BC with a different provence drives licence they assign you a BC licence number and if you ever move to BC you have to pay the tickets befor you can have a licence. thats what happened to me, I got 2 tickets in BC on my AB licence, then moved to NS and got a licence there and then moved to BC. the went to issue my licence and I found out I had to pay 300 in tickets befor I could get it.

I imagin the will only wait so long then want the money that is owed to them. the simple thing would have been to pay your ticket in 91 then you wouldn't be having this problem.. can't realy blame them for wanting the money that you owe them can you?

just think if it was an alberta licence you didn't pay they would have thrown you in jail untill you either paid or did the equivilant time.. that happened to me when I was still living in AB.
