Myka, I do realize that the Pottasium is bonded with iodine. My LPS are loving every last drop of it too. The reason I'm dosing iodine, strontium etc etc is because they are good for my corals and fish. I don't test for them, I add them based on the instructions noted on the bottle, the same as many other aquarists. My temperature hovers around 76.5 to 78.0 on average, but did jumo to 80 during our May heat wave. The tank is in my basement, and the house has AC so it likely wont jump over 80.
