I think the STN of the colonies you traded me had more to do with the salinity in my tank, poor tri color really wanted the little guy to pull through
. I had a big brown evil acro crab that I pulled out of my pink milli colony and threw into my upstream fuge, the NEXT morning some how he found the over flow made his way through about 4 feet of loopy plumping and went right back to milli. After finding all of the chewed off tips I turned him into a crabcicle, I now have reoccurring nightmares about being eaten by giant crabs.

Corals aren't getting blasted by a powerhead, i am 2 days behind on my water change schedual but i don't think thats where my problem lies, i also have some cyano (sp) algae forming in a corner (probably due to lack of flow back there). but the slimmer has been growing great since i purchased it 3 months ago so this is a suprise for me. anyone with experience with stn'ing in coral please give me some insight to what your issue was so i can look into it in my tank.
