I look at it this way.. it is a fast road to what would happen regardless.. You really think development is going to stop in Whistler?? It is world renowed.. Its going to get pricer and pricer no matter what. Why not have a world class event, one of a kind, probably not in my life time ever again event?? I am all for it.. Even if I do have to save up for 7 years to afford to go see a hockey game!! I am there..
