I don't know how many hands it has passed through but it is now passing out of mine. It is 3ft by 3ft and 6inch deep. Has a closed loop pump pictured that pulls the water from tank and returns it out the top 2 outlets. Also a hangon over flow box to what I think is a 20g sump. Includes the return pump from the sump. Also has a wooden post that you can hang a light fixture on. Does not include lights. A previous owner had the sump inside the stand if that is how you want to set it up. Also includes a spare piece of particle board that is used as the support between the tank and stand, just have to drill the holes in it. I didnt use it for long as I did not have the time to maintain it.
