you know, thats better than Victoria's winters.. I hate it here in the winter as it is always dark, dingy and raining, and windy.. get a new storm every other day
I found that I would rather go outside in -35 in Edmonton than in -10 in Victoria.. the humidity here goes right through everything and makes you so cold in the winter.
even when we were in Kamloops a few weeks ago it was -3 at night, and I was ok in a t-shirt for about 15 min.. If it is +5 here I need to be bundled up LOL besides I already read enviorment Canada's website, the average winter temp in Kamloops is -10 hehe
