Desjardini - because the yellow lines in the dorsal fin are arcs instead of straight stripes. Not that it matters, both desjardini and veliferum are very pretty tangs IMHO.
Flatworms - look into a canary wrasse (sometimes called a yellow coris wrasse but it is not a coris relative at all). I don't think Chemiclean will do a thing for flatworms. That's more a cyano treatment.. But look into a canary wrasse, they do a bang up job of eating flatworms. Mine took about 2-3 weeks to completely eradicate the flatworms in my 115g. And they are a very pretty fish. Another alternative is the exquisitedly coloured close relative, the radiant wrasse.
And AEFW, yeah, you'd know if it was. Inside the tank, you'll only see the damage on your SPS. You'll only see the flatworms if they fall off your acros when you dip them..
