The coloring on some of the fairly and flasher wrasses looks to Hodge podge for me....to much going on. The Mystery wrasse just appeals to me aesthetically that's all. But remember I like the scoprionfish and frgofish though so

I think they both have their pluses. Mystery wrasse has the slightly more subtle beauty, funky eyes and cool behavior (the hunting part anyway). The fairies have that in your face beauty and are much more well mannered.

Ya I'm thinking the Red Coris wrasse would kill it, as I tried a Carpenters Wrasse a bit ago and it lasted 3 days. I didnt know what size it was...I didnt really care to be honest. Kevin said "so and so" has some, I said I want one. The one I got is probably four inches or so. If I had the luxury of choosing, I would have picked one 2"-2 1/2" to enjoy watching it mature. Also Ive noticed that my regal tang doesnt care to much for the lineatus. All of the small fish I have added since the regal was in the tank have gone un-noticed, so I think if the lineatus was a touch smaller he would have blended into the crowd a little better.
