for the leadership course there are mods or like stages that you need to complete 1,2,3,4,5 is the basics of beign a leader and MOD 6 is pretty much field time to learn to lead a combat section attack, patrols sneak and peek, living out in the wodds and trying not to whine about it , SO i go up to to teach and mark thier ability to become a leader. to get passign mark from me you have to know your crap.I'm the instructor that every one hates......  |
