DON'T use compressed air, that's not what is used and the air could be dirty.

Use oxygen, that's what they bag fish with for long haul shipping.

EDIT: Just realized they will only be bagged for like 4 hours... just use normal clean air and keep them warm. Oxygen is only needed if they are large fish in relatively small bags or they will be bagged for long periods of time (like shipping to someone).
