Well I was going to build these lights into a DIY canopy but plans have changed. I have the following for sale and they are for sale in a package. Will not part out.
1. Sylvania Quicktronic Prostart 4 X 54W T5 HO Ballast. This is one of the best ballasts for T5 HO. It has the soft start to improve bulb life, I had it shipped from the US. It is brand new and never used. Specs on the ballast here:

2. 4 X 48" TEK 2 reflectors. These are used but are still in perfectly working condition. Some salt spray on them, but thats it. Same as these:
