That is a modified Algae Turf Scrubber.
Santa Monica has been posting this on a lot of different forums.
It works but not as well as the true ATS created by Dr Adey (Dynamic Aquaria).
Santa Monica is also very zealous about his ATS and he has been banned from many boards.
