I think your blue-lined clam is in fact a maxima not a squamosa. But you're correct, blue squamy's are very unusual. Be that as it may though, it is still quite exquisite.  |

Thanks for the offer Francis. I am getting er done with a dremel and a 1 1/2" metal cutting disc. Not ideal,I know but it seems to be working.
